About Flávio B. Lugão

Flávio B. Lugão advises asset managers, investment banks, private equity firms and institutional investors on forming, fundraising and transactions involving investment funds across a highly diverse range of classes and strategies, including hedge funds, multimarket funds (FIs), private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, timber and carbon funds (FIPs), real estate and agricultural funds (FIIs and FIAGRO), and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). He also provides regulatory advice to portfolio managers, broker-dealers and other asset management players. Flávio is licensed to practice law in New York and previously worked for two years at the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
