She has dedicated over 15 years to advising domestic and foreign clients in the real estate industry across the country. She is focused on healthcare real estate, sale and lease back transactions, atypical leases and concession of surface rights. Mayara has post-graduate degrees in Commercial Agreements from INSPER and Real Estate from Secovi and a Master’s in People, Finance and Marketing from FGV.
