About Marina Procknor

Marina Procknor is a pioneer in the industry, whose vision positioned Mattos Filho to be the first (and still the only) full-service law firm in Latin America with a true and dedicated investment funds practice. She focuses most of her time on a wide variety of highly complex and sophisticated investment fund transactions, regulatory matters and LP advice. Marina frequently acts as trusted adviser of founders, partners and C-Level executives of leading sponsors, asset managers and family offices. She has also been a member of the board of directors of ABVCAP for three consecutive mandates, being the only lawyer in this capacity.
