About Mariana Cobra

Mariana Cobra is a partner at Mattos Filho and has dedicated the past 15 years of her 20-year career exclusively to the real estate practice area. She advises both domestic clients, foreign clients and law firms at all stages of the structuring and implementation of real estate transactions involving urban and rural properties. Mariana’s expertise covers direct and indirect acquisitions, sales, real estate-based financing, development, leasing (including build-to-suit/sale and leaseback transactions), surface rights, and usufruct and construction agreements. Her international experience includes working for the Portuguese law firm PLMJ Sociedade de Advogados.
