Natália Carvalho Mauad is an associate focusing on project development and related transactions for all infrastructure sectors, including energy, oil and gas, ports, airports, highways, railways, mining and maritime. Her experience includes drafting and negotiation of complex contracts (eg, EPC, EPCM, BOP, BOS, offtake agreements and ship-building contracts), and pre-litigation management of risks and claims related to construction contracts (eg, draft of notices and negotiation of claims).
