About Paula Moreira Indalecio

Paula Moreira Indalecio is a criminal lawyer with over 20 years’ experience. She works with both domestic and international clients on advisory and litigation matters concerning highly complex white-collar crime cases across a wide range of industries, particularly those involving technology and security-related issues. Paula holds postgraduate degrees in Corporate Criminal Law and in European and Economic Criminal Law, and she obtained an LLM in Capital and Financial Markets Law from IBMEC São Paulo (now known as Insper). Since 2017, she has participated in annual discussion meetings at the Global Forum on Corporate Criminal Liability (organised in Europe by Cambridge Forums) as both a panellist and a member of the event’s steering committee in 2019.
