About Philippe Alves do Nascimento

Philippe Alves do Nascimento is a partner at Mattos Filho with extensive experience in white-collar criminal defence. He was formerly a partner at a highly regarded boutique Brazilian firm specialising in criminal law, where he contributed to the co-ordination of defence and settlement strategies in the Lava Jato investigation. Philippe has a PhD from the University of São Paulo Law School, and he is a visiting professor in a number of graduate courses in Brazil, where he regularly lectures on securities crimes, corporate crimes and other courses related to his field of expertise.
