Thiago Fernandes Moreira is a partner specialised in construction and complex contracts, including onshore, offshore and equipment supply contracts, take-or-pay contracts, as well as project development. His experience includes advice to owners and contractors on preparation, negotiation, pre-litigation and arbitration involving complex contracts. He has experience in the energy, ports, airports, subways, railways, ship-building, and oil and gas sectors. Thiago has worked for the Inter-American Investment Corporation in Washington, DC and acts as member of the Society of Construction Law in London and Co-Vice Chair of the Project Execution Subcommittee of the International Construction Projects Committee of the International Bar Association.
