About Shahwar Nizam

Shahwar Nizam is a partner and managing director of DFDL Bangladesh. He has extensive experience in corporate and finance law, spanning over two decades. He has advised major local and international clients, including banks, corporations and law firms, on various matters related to banking and international finance, project finance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law. He has also handled international arbitration and litigation cases. He has worked in Bangladesh, Singapore and the UK, gaining exposure to different legal systems and cultures.
