About Tarannum Tasnim

Tarannum Tasnim has been practising as an advocate in Bangladesh for 13 years and is a member of the Bangladesh Bar Council. She has expertise in various fields, such as power, energy, infrastructure projects, banking and finance transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. She performs due diligence to assess the legal viability of projects and offers structuring advice to developers. She also counsels clients on capital market and securities matters, corporate secretarial issues, labour and employment disputes, and hospitality and aviation affairs. She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in law from the University of Dhaka.
