About Barbara Tomczyk

Barbara Tomczyk is a senior associate and advocate at GESSEL. She specialises in arbitration and litigation, particularly in commercial disputes in areas such as M&A and international sale of goods. She represents clients both before the general courts and in domestic and international arbitration. Her practice to date has been focused on disputes concerning breach of representations and warranties and settlements in M&A transactions, disputes concerning commercial contracts and corporate disputes. Her experience also extends to the post-award phase of arbitration – securing acknowledgment and due enforcement of arbitral judgments, overturning arbitration awards. Barbara also serves as administrative secretary to Polish and international arbitration tribunals.
