About Maria Dudzińska

Maria Dudzińska is managing associate, and attorney at law at GESSEL. She advises business clients on avoiding and resolving disputes before the general courts and via alternative dispute resolution channels, including arbitration and mediation. Her expert knowledge and experience gained in dozens of proceedings leave her well-placed to devise litigation and arbitration strategy and formulate conflict resolution scenarios, as well as to manage legal projects. She specialises in corporate disputes. Maria contributes to initiatives supporting legal education and is the author of publications on litigation and arbitration law and a speaker at conferences on dispute resolution issues. She is a member of the Arbitration Committee of the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration for 2023-2026.
