Francisco has extensive experience in financial regulation — particularly in banking, capital markets and insurance — and specialises in antitrust law. He manages the core team focused on financial and regulatory advice for financial institutions, and has experience in financial advisory services relating to the integration of credit entities, the due diligence of financial entities, banking and insurance contractual advice, capital markets advice and the implementation of regulations. Francisco is a government lawyer (currently on leave of absence) and has held key positions in the Department of the Economy, the Spanish Tax Authority and the State Legal Service. He has also been the technical general secretary of the Infrastructure Ministry and the Finance Ministry, and deputy secretary of the Finance Ministry.
