Helena Delabarre
has been co-leading Nomos’ IP-tech-media team since 2002. She focuses on data privacy, intellectual property and information technology, where she advises e-commerce leaders, consumer electronics manufacturers and media group companies. In the field of data privacy, she has notably strong experience in the defence of international clients against the CNIL’s enforcement actions.
