About Anna Zhang

Anna Zhang is of counsel in Gunderson’s Singapore and Beijing offices. Anna represents global and Asian private equity/venture capital fund sponsors in the fundraising of international and Asian funds. Anna has also represented institutional investors (including sovereign wealth funds and fund-of-funds) in LP investments. In addition, Anna has advised secondary funds in the purchases and sales of partnership interests or portfolio company interests in secondary transactions. She regularly advises global fund managers seeking co-operation with Chinese fund managers to explore the PRC market under the QFLP and QDLP programmes.
