Kinnari Sahita
is an associate in Gunderson Dettmer’s Singapore office, where she specialises in representing investors and emerging growth companies on corporate transactions spanning across the various stages of a company’s growth. Kinnari has represented several of the region’s prominent venture-backed companies and venture capital funds, and has experience with a range of fundraising structures (including equity and debt fundraisings, and recapitalisations and down rounds). Kinnari is admitted to practise law in New York and Singapore.
