Matthew Prewitt is a co-leader of ArentFox Schiff's Trade Secrets, Noncompetes & Employee Mobility group, nationally recognised for his trial practice spanning trade secrets, restrictive covenants, employee mobility, complex commercial and IT disputes, and data privacy/cybersecurity. His work encompasses insider threat investigation and response, information governance, and litigation preparedness. As lead trial counsel in high-stakes matters, he has won emergency injunctive relief across over 30 US jurisdictions and case-dispositive sanctions in eDiscovery disputes. A Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP-US), he is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and The Sedona Conference Working Groups 1, 11, and 12.
