Sasha Štěpánová is an English solicitor and a member of the Czech Bar Association, advising international investors in the CEE on cross-border transactions and business immigration, and plays a pivotal role in Kocián Šolc Balaštík’s ESG practice. She is dedicated to helping companies become ESG fluent, guiding businesses in their journey to a sustainable and thriving future. Sasha’s expertise in ESG focuses upon the social and governance aspects, including alignment of organisational structures with ESG objectives, ESG due diligence in an M&A context, navigating supply-chain issues and preparations for CSDDD, and developing non-financial objectives and KPIs in line with ESG goals.
