About Ferdinand Hidalgo

Ferdinand Hidalgo is a senior partner and head of Siguion Reyna Montecillo & Ongsiako’s tax practice group. He is experienced in handling tax and related issues before the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue, Bureau of Customs, Court of Tax Appeals and the Supreme Court. He completed his Bachelor of Science in accounting at San Beda College in 1983 and his law degree at the Ateneo Law School in 1988. He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tax Management Association of the Philippines. He is a member of the tax department of, and professorial lecturer on tax at, the Philippine Judicial Academy.
