About Frances Grace Allyana Orbeta-Nolasco

Frances Grace Allyana Orbeta-Nolasco is a partner in Siguion Reyna Montecillo & Ongsiako’s tax and corporate practice groups. She has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border acquisitions and intra-group transactions, and regularly assists clients in tax controversies. She completed her Bachelor of Science in accountancy at the University of San Carlos in 2008 and Juris Doctor degree at the University of the Philippines in 2012. She earned her European Master’s in Law and Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Hamburg University in 2021. Frances is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
