Joy Anne C. Leong-Pambid
has been a partner of ACCRALAW since 2015. She was the Monitor of the the firm’s labour and employment department from 2014 to 2017. Ms Leong-Pambid’s practice areas include appellate practice, labour and employment, mergers and acquisitions. She has reviewed, formulated and audited employee manuals/codes of discipline, company policies, employment contracts, various notices, terms and conditions of employment and contracting arrangements. She has assisted a number of clients on matters involving employee discipline, termination of employment, implementation of workforce restructuring programmes, collective bargaining negotiations, as well as successor-employer issues arising from the implementation of mergers and acquisitions. Ms Leong-Pambid has handled voluntary arbitration cases, complaints for money claims, illegal dismissal complaints, overseas employment cases, as well as preventive mediation/conciliation of labour disputes. She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
