Joseph Anthony I Malaya is a partner at ACCRALAW, where he handles a broad range of litigation and arbitration cases. He specialises primarily in construction and commercial arbitration. He also handles a vast array of cases involving criminal, administrative and environmental law, as well as disputes on banking, mining, real estate and constitutional law. In 2023 alone, Mr Malaya handled seven arbitration cases; in his 12 years at ACCRALAW, he has handled almost 30 arbitration cases before the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission, the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, the Singapore International Arbitration Center and various ad-hoc arbitrations.
