About Neptali B. Salvanera

Neptali B. Salvanera specialises in a range of employment matters, including labour law litigation, unfair labour practice, strikes, union organisation and representation issues, labour aspects of M&A, manpower reduction programmes, data privacy, legal audits, and civil and criminal cases arising from employment. He has been a partner since 2010 and is currently the monitor of its Labour and Employment Department. Mr Salvanera has co-authored various articles on outsourcing, including the Philippine chapter of “Chambers Global Practice Guide: Outsourcing” (2021). He is also a professor of law and an author of law books on labour and employment.
