Patricia Kay L. Tysmans-Clemente is a partner at ACCRALAW and the monitor of the litigation and dispute resolution department. She is actively involved in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, construction law, dispute resolution involving energy contracts and regulations, dispute resolution and corporate succession planning for family-run businesses and estate planning. She has been involved in the legal audit and investigation into anomalous transactions involving several of the largest corporations in the Philippines, and has been active in related prosecutions. She is a member of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration, a member and trained arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, and an accredited construction adjudicator.
