About Roslyn Bianca R Mangaser

Roslyn Bianca R Mangaser is a senior associate of ACCRALAW, where she handles civil and criminal litigation as well as other modes of dispute resolution. She also handles cases involving mining, energy and real estate, among others. In 2023, Ms Mangaser appeared as an expert witness in Philippine civil law before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. She also served as a member of the Supreme Court’s Technical Working Group in drafting and refining the provisions of the Unified Legal Aid Service (ULAS), set to take effect in 2025. Furthermore, she participated in the caravan conducted by the Supreme Court to promote ULAS and to support the provision of proper and adequate legal assistance to anyone who cannot afford it.
