He has led numerous tech M&A transactions, including the recent Synechron, Inc’s acquisition of Dreamix in Bulgaria, which is one of the largest technology M&A deals in the country in 2024. Nikolay advises top industry players like Microsoft, Google and Meta on various legal issues specific to Bulgaria. He also specialises in fintech, supporting licensing and regulatory compliance for innovative payment and e-money institutions.
