About Stoyan Surguchev

Stoyan Surguchev is an associate at BOYANOV & Co and has been part of the competition and commercial team since 2019. His practice encompasses competition law, consumer protection, healthcare regulations and food and environmental law. He also provides legal assistance relating to foreign direct investment. In addition, he represents clients in unfair competition proceedings. In 2020, he successfully completed a course on competition and antitrust law at the Academy of European Law in Trier, Germany.
