About Yordan Naydenov

Yordan Naydenov is a partner at BOYANOV & Co heading the M&A and corporate practice groups. He has nearly 30 years of experience and specialises in high-value M&A deals, corporate restructuring and reorganisation transactions as well as greenfield and brownfield investment projects and structuring of large joint ventures between Bulgarian and international partners. He is active in various sectors including banking, IT, FMCG and real estate. He is a member of the Sofia Bar Association and International Bar Association and is the author of numerous publications.
