About Agung Kurniawan Sihombing

Agung Kurniawan Sihombing is an associate at SSEK focusing on TMT matters. His practice includes advising on data protection, e-commerce, digital platforms, payment systems, and technology-related corporate transactions. Agung has assisted the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Informatics on an international procurement project for the development of a data centre and has advised foreign e-commerce and technology companies on IT, regulatory, and general corporate matters.
