is the managing partner of the firm, with a wealth of experience in real estate and property, banking and finance, foreign investment, general commercial and corporate law, M&A, IT and telecommunications. He joined SSEK in 2001 and has been deeply involved in numerous major transactions related to cross-border M&A, cross-border debt restructurings, banking and finance companies, plantations, private power and infrastructure projects. Denny is also experienced in the fields of oil and gas, mining, anti-corruption and forestry. He received his LLM degree, majoring in international economic and business law, from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, and is a member of the Association of Indonesian Legal Consultants and the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi). In 2007, Denny attended the 44th Academy of American and International Law in the USA, where he studied American law from an international perspective.
