About Fadhira Mediana

Fadhira Mediana is an associate at SSEK, where her practice focuses on energy and natural resources, land matters, and M&A. Fadhira’s experience includes assisting an Indonesian state-owned oil and natural gas company with the amendment of their articles of association, acting for an Indonesian energy company in the contemplated acquisition of participating interests in two production sharing contracts in Indonesia, and assisting a client in restructuring a special purpose vehicle to engage in the LNG business in Indonesia. Fadhira earned her LLB from the University of Indonesia, majoring in private international law, and graduated with cum laude honours.
