About Laila Maghfira Andaretna

Laila Maghfira Andaretna is an associate at SSEK and has worked on a variety of projects and transactions, including general corporate and commercial matters, M&A, TMT, and energy and natural resources projects. Her experience includes advising an Asian energy company on its LNG operations in Indonesia, assisting a large cement company with a capital injection, and providing legal assistance to global clients on a variety of projects in Indonesia. Laila earned her LLB from Airlangga University in 2023 and was named Best Graduate. She also graduated with honours from the European Legal Studies programme.
