About Stephen Igor Warokka

Stephen Igor Warokka is a supervising partner of SSEK’s shipping and maritime law practice. He has represented foreign shipping companies in the acquisition and sale of vessels, acted for an Indonesian shipping company in connection with a syndicated facility agreement, and advised shipping companies on foreign ownership restrictions, shipping agency and cabotage issues. Stephen was a featured speaker at a webinar hosted by Maps and Globe Specialist on the changes to the 2008 Shipping Law under Indonesia’s draft Omnibus Law. His practice also covers M&A, general corporate law and foreign capital investment.
