Stephen Igor Warokka is a supervising partner of SSEK Law Firm’s shipping and maritime law practice. He has represented foreign shipping companies in the acquisition and sale of vessels, acted for an Indonesian shipping company in connection with a syndicated facility agreement, and advised shipping companies on foreign ownership restrictions, shipping agency and cabotage issues. His practice also covers M&A, general corporate law and foreign capital investment.
