About Mercedes Elaskar

Mercedes Elaskar joined Allende & Brea in 2016 and became an associate in 2018, specialising in internet and technology law, data protection, cybersecurity and cybercrime, and intellectual property matters. She completed an LLM in compliance at Universidad del CEMA and a masters in the GDPR at UNED (Spain). She has participated in the International Course on Data Protection at Universidad de San Andrés and obtained the IAPP Westin Scholar award. Mercedes is a member of the Bar Association of Buenos Aires, its Technology Law Commission and the IAPP.
