Valeriano Guevara Lynch
is the managing partner of Allende & Brea and a member of the corporate and mergers and acquisitions department. He advises clients in a broad range of matters, dedicating most of his time to mergers and acquisition transactions. His practice also focuses on general corporate and governance, commercial agreements, compensation, corporate reorganisations and financings. Valeriano is a member of the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
