About César Puntriano

César Puntriano is a principal partner in the firm’s labour practice. He provides advice to clients on matters related to staff recruitment of both national and foreign individuals, reduction of labour costs, wage planning, termination of labour contracts, collective bargaining and collective agreements, unionisation and social security issues. César is also experienced in representing clients before the labour administrative authority in matters related to inspection processes, and in labour litigation regarding administrative and judicial proceedings. He graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Peru Law School and holds a Master’s degree in labour law and social security from the same university.
