He previously worked at the Technical Secretariat for Dispute Resolution and Appeals of OSIPTEL, as well as in the regulatory and competition division of Bitel, and at other specialised law firms. His practice focuses on competition law, merger control, telecommunications, bureaucratic barriers, anti-dumping, subsidies, and public law. He holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
