About Fernando Meléndez

Fernando Meléndez has headed the litigation practice at Muñiz, Olaya, Meléndez, Castro, Ono & Herrera Abogados since 2014. He started his career more than 30 years ago at the firm. He specialised in civil and commercial litigation from the very beginning. His relevant clients include: Telefónica, Interbank, BBVA, Scotiabank, TGP, Enel, Nestlé, Orica (former EXSA), Grupo Breca, Pluspetrol, British American Tobacco, Grupo La República, Savia, among others. He’s currently ranked in Band 2 in Dispute Resolutions: Litigation by Chambers and Latin America. He graduated from San Martin de Porres University, School of Law.
