About Johan Rosales Heredia

Johan Rosales Heredia is an associate in the competition law practice group at Muñiz, Olaya, Meléndez, Castro, Ono & Herrera Abogados. He previously worked at the Osiptel as a member of the Sanctioning Chamber and member of the User’s Claims Tribunal, principal lawyer of the Office of Legal Advice and lawyer at the Technical Secretariat of the Collegiate Bodies. Johan is an expert in telecommunications regulation, public law and competition. He studied law at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and holds a Master’s degree from the Universidad Castilla La Mancha.
