About José Ballón
José Ballón
is principal partner of the firm and part of the M&A practice team. He has participated in complex M&A and corporate transactions with cross-border implications. José has considerable skills in the areas of digital business environments and innovation, tourism and hotel management, foreign investment and infrastructure. He graduated from the University of Lima School of Law and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Navarra in Spain.
