About Jesús Eloy Espinoza Lozada

Jesús Eloy Espinoza Lozada is a senior partner and head of the competition practice at Estudio Muñiz. He is an expert in competition law, economic regulation, telecommunications, and public law. He served as head of the Antitrust Division at INDECOPI, Peru’s competition authority, and previously as legal co-ordinator of its tribunal. He was also president of the Sanctioning Chamber and a member of OSIPTEL’s User Claims Tribunal, and he served as chair of the APEC Competition Policy and Law Group. Jesús holds a master’s degree in Law, Economics and Public Policy from the Complutense University of Madrid.
