About Jesús Espinoza Lozada

Jesús Espinoza Lozada is a senior partner and head of the competition practice group at Muñiz, Olaya, Meléndez, Castro, Ono & Herrera Abogados. Jesús is an expert in competition law, economic regulation, telecommunications and public law. He has been Head of the Antitrust Division of Indecopi, the Peruvian competition agency, and previously Legal Coordinator of the Tribunal. He is the former president of the Sanctioning Chamber and member of the User’s Claims Tribunal of Osiptel, the telecommunications’ regulator. He is also the former Chairman of the APEC Competition Policy and Law Group. He is a lawyer and holds a Master’s degree in Law, Economics and Public Policy from the Complutense University of Madrid.
