Juan Carlos Vélez is a senior partner of the firm, where he focuses on local and cross-border corporate and M&A transactions. As a key member of the corporate and M&A practice, Juan Carlos has led a great number of large and sophisticated deals in Peru and abroad. He graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Peru Law School and holds an LLM degree from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Wharton Business and Law Certificate from University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.
