About Vania Cruz Dorrego

Vania Cruz Dorrego is a senior associate in the competition law practice group at Muñiz, Olaya, Meléndez, Castro, Ono & Herrera Abogados. She was previously the principal lawyer in the Antitrust Division of Indecopi and the Head of the first division in charge of the merger control general regime, which entered into force in 2021. Vania is an expert in competition law, merger control, economic regulation and public law. She studied law at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) and holds a Master’s degree from ESADE Law School.
