About Amina Kahlal

Amina Kahlal advises and represents clients in tech and commercial contracts, data protection, e-commerce, and regulated activities. Her practice focuses on legal and regulatory issues affecting digital and tech-driven sectors. Prior to joining Jeantet in 2025, she gained experience in intellectual property and information technology law, including roles as an in-house counsel in the legal department of an international company and in various law firms. Amina has co-authored several publications and articles with Benjamin May and Lou Mailhac, focusing on the regulatory framework on AI.
