About Anne Toupenay-Schueller

Anne Toupenay-Schueller is an M&A partner and practice co-head at Jeantet, having joined the firm in 2003. She assists French and overseas-based clients with a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, joint ventures and other strategic partnerships, as well as corporate restructuring transactions and distressed M&A. She co-heads the firm’s technology sector group, advising industry-leading clients such as STMicroelectronics, Alstom, Telefonica and Upland Software. Anne is an active member of the International Bar Association and is an officer within the Women Lawyers’ Committee.
