About Benjamin Cohu

Benjamin Cohu works in the capital markets department at Jeantet and assists both French and foreign clients on a variety of issues (IPOs, issuance of complex instruments, corporate governance, management incentives). Prior to joining Jeantet, he acquired solid experience in corporate and capital markets with several law firms in France and China.
