Benjamin May is a recognised expert in IP, tech, and data law. Before joining Jeantet, he worked at Gide (Budapest, Paris) and Depardieu Brocas Maffei, leading their IP and IT practices. He later co-founded Aramis, where he directed the IP and IT team for eighteen years, making it a key player in the French market. His expertise covers IP, cloud computing, licensing, privacy, AI, and internet law. He co-founded an AI risk management tool to address legal and compliance challenges. Benjamin teaches technology and e-commerce law at ESCP-Europe and frequently speaks at industry events on digital and IT law topics.
