His technology M&A expertise includes advising HBX Group on its investment in PerfectStay, the France-based online travel specialist. Bertrand brings extensive international transaction experience across multiple jurisdictions, including advising Deutsche Telekom VC in its minority investments in Filigran and Equativ, and Tofane Global in its acquisition in Austria of Dimoco Messaging.
