David Roche has over 14 years of experience in digital transformation, outsourcing, SaaS, digital identity, AI, cybersecurity, and compliance. His practice covers both advisory and contentious matters, assisting clients with complex technology projects, including contract negotiation, data and AI compliance, and managing disputes with significant technological implications. Before joining Jeantet, David started his career at Aramis, where he was promoted to partner in 2022. He has extensive expertise in regulatory and contractual matters for innovative industries, often supporting fintech companies in cross-border projects and engagement with supervisory authorities. David is an active member of AIJA and frequently participates in industry conferences.
